Dr. Avinash Rajkumar founded N.O.R.M.S in 2014, after his own experience caring for his grandmother at home showed him how hard it was to find real medical judgement for home care. He brings 15 years in emergency medicine and critical care, and more than 12 years in home healthcare, to how every case at N.O.R.M.S is assessed and managed today.
Mrs. Divya Avinash leads everything non-medical at N.O.R.M.S, staffing, logistics, and the everyday communication that keeps a family informed. Where Dr. Avinash brings the clinical judgement, she brings the warmth and clarity that make a hard time a little easier to navigate, often the calm, steady voice a patient comes to know when they need one most.
