It usually starts with a call at an odd hour. A scan report on WhatsApp that you can't read properly, a hospital recommending a procedure, and a decision expected by tomorrow while you're in another city, or another country, with no way to judge whether the advice is right. Medical Concierge exists for exactly that gap.

We're not attached to any hospital, so the specialist we point you to is the one who fits the case, not the one down the corridor. We'll read the reports with you, tell you plainly what they say, and arrange a second opinion if the case warrants it. If a recommendation doesn't sit right with us, we'll say so.

Moreover, someone is physically there. A companion who goes to the appointment with your parents, sits through the consultation, and tells you afterwards what was actually said, not the shortened version that gets relayed to avoid worrying you. The same person is there for the ordinary things too: the errand, the bank, the temple on a Friday.
