Dr. Avinash Rajkumar is the founder and Head of NORMS.He has 15 years experience in emergency medicine and critical care in addition to more than 12 years experience in home health care. His passion towards taking care of patients is one of the attributes that drives NORMS.

Co-Founder and Head of Operations (Non Medical)
Mrs. Divya Avinash handles all non-medical operations at NORMS and she makes the entire operations hassle-free. In that way, we can offer our patients and their family an experience which is more satisfactory.
Dr. V Ramasubramanian
Senior Advisor
Dr V Ramasubramanian is a specialist in Infectious Diseases, adolescent and adult vaccinations and travel medicine. He is currently a Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases, HIV & Tropical Medicine at Apollo Hospital, Chennai and a Professor of Infectious Diseases at the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre and the MGR Medical University, Chennai.
